I've been member at this gym for 2 years now and the classes are really what keep me coming back. Their variety keeps it from getting dull like you would at other gyms, and I don't dread going to the gym at lunchtime 4-5x a week.
Aaron's Core Conditioning class is a great way to start my week off, gets my abs in great shape! The Boot Camp class raises your heartbeat while you are having fun! Boxing Club is great for people at all levels, and I really like the friendships I've developed there with everyone. You definitely work up a good sweat in this class! Alex's Strength Training is a class I just can't get tired of attending. He's so good about changing things up for each class and keeping your muscles working during the whole class. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better location, better classes, staff or better gym owners than what I get for my money at Aim Fitness! It's worth every penny to me!

I've always been gym person, and have had memberships with big chain gyms to little privately owned around the corner gyms. Aim Fitness is by far the best gym experience I've had. And here's why;
- Awesome classes - core classes, power cycling classes, and boxing are my favorites. Do a combo of those 3 times a week and you've got your strength and cardio workouts covered.
- Expert, professional instructors - these guys know their stuff and they are passionate about health fitness. They'll teach you effective techniques that will increase your strength, make you feel good, and keep you injury free.
- Making friends in the locker room - Ladies, I know the locker room can get full, but I really think it helps to get conversations and friendships started. The Aim Ladies' Locker Room is the chatty-est locker room I've ever been in. Everyone is very friendly.
- The "feel" of the place - You know... you walk in and you feel the place is cared for. The equipment works, the towels are nice and fluffy, the bathroom is clean, there's always a sanitizer wipe within arm's reach. I know they are little things, but those add up and makes a really big difference.

Of all the gyms, health clubs, and fitness clubs I've ever been in, I've been the happiest at AIM. The staff, the facilities, and the ambience itself are all terrific. OK, it's not huge. But that's an advantage. Unlike those gigantic clubs where you feel lost and like a number, at AIM there's always a trainer nearby for a quick tip. Bonus advantage: AIM has several superb Physical Therapists right there within the club, so you can conveniently combine PT and a workout if you want to. And did I mention it's family run? Yes, by Andie and Aaron, who are simply the coolest. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Laura Guest for about three years now, and I have to say that working with her at Aim Fitness is a real winning combination for me: A great trainer and a great facility.
Laura is like the other trainers you’ll find at Aim: Personable, totally qualified, and client-focused. Her goal with me has always been to work toward the results I want – but using her expertise to make sure we approach them the right way, at the right pace, with the proper technique and while we make sure to “listen” to how my body is responding. Laura takes a holistic view of training, the combination of strength training, flexibility, cardio-vascular and nutrition that delivers solid results that are sustainable for the long term. Not only have I taken off 40 pounds with her guidance (and kept it off), I’ve developed healthy living patterns and workout habits that will stick with me. When I stated with Laura, I was well over 200 pounds and thought that running 5 mph on the treadmill for 20 minutes was an accomplishment. Today I’m 175 pounds, much lower body fat, and can run a 10K outdoors in under an hour. Not bad for a 53-year-old guy with a desk job!
Working with Laura at Aim has been a big factor in making the program enjoyable and something to look forward to. It’s a family-run place, where the owners aren’t some distant corporate entity pushing memberships, but real people who care about their members. They’re always there to make sure the place is in top shape and keeping it low-key and supportive. If you’re looking for some kind of iron-pumping meat market where you come to be admired, this isn’t the place for you. If you want a fully-equipped gym that’s clean, friendly and endlessly supportive of all its clients, no matter what shape they’re in, then you owe it to yourself to see what Aim Fitness has to offer.

The classes at AIM, especially those led by Aaron, are top-notch and everything you could ask for. Aaron intuitively knows how to push you just to the point where you don’t think you can do it – and then…you do it! The result? You get better. Constantly. Just put in the time, and you’ll see the results – Aaron will make sure of it!
