Interests:
I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and health. A former competitive swimmer and collegiate rugby player, I am an athletic performance specialist, an authority on holistic nutrition, and a dynamic personal trainer. I have helped my clients to achieve levels of fitness, wellness, and athletic performance beyond what they thought possible.

Background:
A continuing scholar of my passion, I have been mentored by some of the country’s premier trainers, performance coaches, and nutritionists in order to learn the best techniques to help my clients achieve their goals and beyond. I mentored under world renowned Mark Verstegen at Athletes' Performance, completing all 3 levels of the Professional Mentorship program. I learned about Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching from legendary Paul Chek. Most recently, I became a Circular Strength Training Instructor, training under esteemed Coach Scott Sonnon.  From him I learned his triumvirate of fitness: Clubbell swinging, Prasara Yoga, and IntuFlow mobility work.
