Laura Guest

Over the past four years, Laura has helped her clients develop a strong, healthy body through a combination of corrective and functional exercises, and emphasis on building core strength.  Laura works well with all demographics, from well conditioned athletes to individuals with limited mobility or those who are overcoming health issues.  She draws from her experience as an ultramarathon runner and Ironman triathlete to help clients set and achieve their fitness goals.  Laura specializes in training endurance athletes including triathlon, marathon, ultra-marathon and in corrective exercise for prevention and the rehabilitation of sports injuries.
