John specializes in primarily using functional strength training as a means to greater strength, higher metabolism, better body composition, increased mobility, and constant energy.  He advocates a general lifestyle change for all his clients, in terms of exercise and nutrition, so that his clients live longer, better lives.

With over five years experience and four national training certifications, John strives to keep his training protocol based in current and proven exercise fundamentals. His goal is to provide his clientelle with quantifiable, progressive results. John has trained in multiple corporate locations, obtaining the rank of "Master Trainer", and is certified through NCSF, NASM, ACE, and NESTA.
