Interests:
I like to do yoga, study yoga, and write about yoga. When these things aren't happening, I'm kicking around with friends or dancing or surfing or cooking or more often (yes, I'm a nerd) meditating.

Background:
I've spent my life traveling and teaching and picking up degrees. My parents were Methodist ministers and that sparked a lifelong interest in religion. I began yoga study in 2000 and began teaching in 2001. I've travelled through Asia and Europe and Latin America, taught College and Special education and picked up degrees in art, teaching and religious studies.
