I believe that fitness and wellness is a lifelong journey, and we all must continually evaluate and adjust our methods to get there. My passion lies in working with my clients to determine their individual motivators, and to create a wellness program that mirrors those.
If your goals include weight loss and general conditioning, I would be a great partner for you. Likewise, if you are new to this whole wonderful world of fitness, I can be your guide. I am at my best when working with clients who would normally not be completely comfortable in the gym environment, and I can certainly help everyone to increase their comfort level at the club while achieving their goals.
I grew up in the Bay Area, and am thrilled to be back enjoying this gorgeous area we all get to call home. When I am not not working in the gym or teaching outdoor fitness classes, you can find me running through the streets of San Francisco, training for one of the 4 or 5 Half Marathons I run each year or walking on the Embarcadero with my dog.
