Being and feeling fit is a life long process that encompasses the physical, mental and spiritual areas of the body. My passion is to work with individuals to create a program that focuses on all three areas to achieve the goals a person sets. Fitness stems from creating a healthy lifestyle, positive thoughts and actions, and being physically active. Energy, vitality, endurance, and feeling good about oneself are all by-products of being fit.
Anything outdoors including tennis, walking, hiking, roller blading, swimming, traveling, cultural events, reading, and, most importantly, my family.
I have lived and traveled throughout much of the world all my life. My exposure to a variety of cultures led to a love of people and there is nothing more satisfying than helping others. My professional career includes working in both corporate and educational venues. I have a BS in Sociology and an MS in Counseling. Prior to Aim Fitness I was a Guidance Counselor in the public schools and I still do private counseling/life coaching. |
