Gym Membership
Members of Aim Fitness have full access to all our facilities. This includes the cycling room, fitness floor, group exercise room, day use lockers, showers, towle service, and group exercise classes. Memberships are all month to month* with a $50 registration fee (*30 day cancellation policy).

Personal Training
All of our personal trainers are professional expert trainers with experience in a variety of training styles. No matter what your goals are we will pair you with a trainer who will help you achieve them. Lifestyle Coaching
This is your life so aim for the best you can be. At Aim Fitness we offer a holistic package to improve you physical health and mental well being. Taking good care of yourself is a necessity and we will analyze each facet of your current lifestyle to develop a personal plan that will give you the energy, strength and enjoyment you deserve.

Run Coaching 
Trying to run faster, get stronger or take your running to the next level? Suffering from a running injury or have knee, hip or foot pain while running?  Individual run coaching at Aim Fitness offers a customized training program to fit your busy lifestyle.  Weekly training schedules will be designed according to your personal schedule and completion of previous week's training.  Weekly check-ins by Coach Laura will ensure you stay on track. An initial postural assessment and running gait analysis will keep your body injury and pain free, while making you a more biomechanically efficient runner.  Whether you are completing your first ultramarathon, trying to qualify for Boston or setting your own PR, Aim's individual run coaching will provide you with the tools and support you need to successfully accomplish your goals!


Endurance Running Club
Join the club and enjoy the camaraderie of group runs! Run Club provides members with either a track workout, hill repeats or a different 5km route every Wednesday starting and finishing at Aim. Each run is followed with running specific stretches to keep your body performing optimally and injury free.  Members of all levels are welcome. Different training options will be given so both the seasoned marathoners or newbies training for their first 5km race can have a fun and challenging workout. 

Power Testing
Aim Fitness has 6 computrainers, 10 CycleOps club 300PT power meters, and 1 daum ergometer. Power testing can be done on your own bike on a computrainer or on one of our indoor power meters. With this information, we can develop a program for cycling success. We can also help you establish heart rate training zones. Contact aaron@aim2bfit.com to schedule your power test.

Active Release Techniques
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
