All of our personal trainers are independent contractors. Here at Aim Fitness, we don't put you with a personal trainer or coach that fits only your scheduling needs. We try our best to line you up with a professional who is trained to help you achieve your goals. Then, hopefully, you can find some times that work for both you and your trainer. Our trainers range from $65-$100 for each session. Contact Rachel@aim2bfit.com for more information on how to contact your new personal trainer, lifestyle coach, run coach, triathlon coach, cycling coach, or weight loss coach.
This is the only one you get! Take care of it. Your body is your temple and if you are not treating your body well, you will not treat others well or do your job well. Aim Fitness doesn't just promote working out, we promote health and wellness. We try to help you understand what wellness means to you in your life. We try to develop a plan that gets you the life, energy, vitality, and enjoyment that you have always dreamed of. Let's sit down and talk, let's analyze your diet and sleep, let's break your life down and see what changes can be made to improve your future. Counseling is $65/hour and can take 1 hour/week or more at the beginning, then tapers off as you adapt to the changes. Lifestyle coaching could also lead to out sourcing holistic physicians, auruvedic doctors, nutritionist, psychologists, therapists, or other health professionals.

Packages range in price and function. Email rachel@aim2bfit.com for more information on triathlon training, coaching, racing, ETC. Running can be so much fun and so good for you when you understand how to run properly, have a plan for success, and understand progressions with running. Aim Fitness can teach you to run, make your current run faster, and rehabilitate any injuries you have incurred with running. We also have a group that meets just to run. The endurance running club will train you to run a faster half marathon, full marathon, ultra marathon, and more! Most runs are done on trail and you will quickly see the advantages of soft surface running. The run team is only $25/month for our Saturday runs in Marin. Specialized and personalized run coaching ranges from $150-$250/month. We can also consult you and design a program for $350.
Aim Fitness has 6 computrainers, 10 CycleOps club 300PT power meters, and 1 daum ergometer. Power testing can be done on your own bike on a computrainer or on one of our indoor power meters. With this information, we can develop a program for cycling success. We can also help you establish heart rate training zones. Contact rachel@aim2bfit.com to schedule your power test.
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles. Rachel is a certified ART practitioner with a lot of experience with athletic injuries, massage techniques to break up adhesions, and the intuitive gift of healing. ART sessions are $45 for up to :30 minutes of work.
Massage can help athletes and non-athletes alike with breaking up adhesions, introducing blood to ischemic tissue, and helping the body relax. Massage should be done on a regular basis and not just when the body is sore. Aim Fitness has therapists available for $65-$110/session.
Our physical therapists come from San Francisco Sport and Spine. No assistants or aids, just you and your physical therapist! You can call and make an appointment with Kim at 415.593.2532
