Our group exercise room has been a wonderful addition to the studio. At Aim Fitness, you can take Iyengar yoga, Core conditioning, Yoga for athletes, Tai Chi, Group Strength Training, BOSU boot camp, Pilates, Boxing, and more.
We take your classes very seriously. That is why we offer many lunch hour classes, 45 minute classes, and all of our instructors are trained, certified, and passionate!
