The Gym: Cycling Room

Offering one of the most state of the art cycling rooms in the Bay Area. You have access to 6 Computrainers with power readings, spin scan, cadence, speed, time, heart rate, and specific courses, 10 CycleOps indoor bikes with power meters, cadence, heart rate monitoring, speed, and time. You will also have access to the Daum Ergometer with power readings, heart rate, speed, time, specific courses, and cadence. Lastly, we have roller stations for work on balance, peddling mechanics, and confidence on your bike.

All of our cycling classes are programmed for success. You could be looking to lose body fat, ride a faster century, race a faster olympic distance, or compete in the Ironman. Classes are phased into 6-8 week blocks based on seasonal changes.
In our classes, we want you to get a great workout. But, never at the sake of your safety. We don't design classes around a playlist, we design playlists around the class. We don't do push ups on the handle bars or try to double a cycling class as a resistance band class. Our cycling classes make you a more efficient fat burning machine. Our cycling classes improve your peddling mechanics and help you crank out more power. Somehow, with all this, our cycling classes are still FUN!
